First, throughout the remodel, the owner and workers took great care with our property, unlike an extremely unhappy experience with a kitchen remodel by a different company several months ago. From owner Raz Cohen to master workers Isaac and Antonio, all respected our property while they did great work. I really respect and appreciate that.We had a piece of beautiful quartzite which was broken by the previous contractor so we needed two pieces with a seam to fit our guest vanity countertop and backsplash. I was blown away when I saw (or didn't see!) the nearly indiscernible seam in the final product, perfectly lined up with the seam in the backsplash of the same material. It was beautiful and much better than I'd expected and even hoped.We also asked them to restore our Alder wood vanities, both master and guest, with a like color and tactile finish. Again, they did painstaking work, protected our property from the inevitable dust, and matched the color and finish perfectly. The results were much better than I had even hoped after my previous experience.The price was fair. The work was great. What's not to like? See before and after photos. “The Lone Star team recently completed a long list of renovations that included repairing multiple cracks in the drywall and painting the walls and ceiling of the hallway and kitchen. They had to do a major job of replacing the rotted floor of the bathroom and leveling the supports to the bathroom and hallway to prevent further cracking of the drywall. They also replaced and insulated the hot water lines to the bathroom and kitchen sinks that had been non-functional for several years. They also installed a new water heater. Then came a simply spectacular remodel of the bathroom that turned it into the best looking room in the house. It is now modern and beautiful. They also removed and replaced aging electrical fixtures. They would send us pictures each day to show us the progress they had made so we were kept up to date about the work they were doing. We are completely pleased with their level of communication during the project, and more than happy with team's final result. They were professional, on time, and on budget. We plan on using them for the rest of our remodeling tasks in the future.”

“These guys were great! My project was part design where we just had a good idea of what we wanted, but unsure exactly how it would be done or what it would look like at the end of the day. We wanted to replace wood posts on our porch that had rotted with stone/brick posts that matched our fence corner posts (but scaled down). They came up with a solution that looked great and matched the existing design and won't ever rot again. They even worked around some constraints with the existing steps in a way that looks great.”
