“After research of deck contractors, I chose Green Hill Remodeling to fix the deck. They did what they said they were going to do, on time and excellent quality work. I recommend them. - Mike R.”

“I really respect and appreciate that.We had a piece of beautiful quartzite which was broken by the previous contractor so we needed two pieces with a seam to fit our guest vanity countertop and backsplash. I was blown away when I saw (or didn't see!) the nearly indiscernible seam in the final product, perfectly lined up with the seam in the backsplash of the same material. It was beautiful and much better than I'd expected and even hoped. We also asked them to restore our Alder wood vanities, both master and guest, with a like color and tactile finish. Again, they did painstaking work, protected our property from the inevitable dust, and matched the color and finish perfectly. The results were much better than I had even hoped after my previous experience. The price was fair. The work was great. What's not to like? See before and after photos. Note especially the vast improvement on the vanity wood damage (before) and the lack of a discernible seam on the countertop and backsplash. Thanks, Raz, Isaac and Antonio!”

“The Lone Star team recently completed a long list of renovations that included repairing multiple cracks in the drywall and painting the walls and ceiling of the hallway and kitchen. They had to do a major job of replacing the rotted floor of the bathroom and leveling the supports to the bathroom and hallway to prevent further cracking of the drywall. They also replaced and insulated the hot water lines to the bathroom and kitchen sinks that had been non-functional for several years. They also installed a new water heater. Then came a simply spectacular remodel of the bathroom that turned it into the best looking room in the house. It is now modern and beautiful. They also removed and replaced aging electrical fixtures. They would send us pictures each day to show us the progress they had made so we were kept up to date about the work they were doing. We are completely pleased with their level of communication during the project, and more than happy with team's final result. They were professional, on time, and on budget. We plan on using them for the rest of our remodeling tasks in the future.”

“From the start, Griffin was extremely helpful and patient with the changes we had in the design while pricing everything up. I had a few bids given for this project and Griffin’s price was competitive, for someone who is expecting a quality product, not done by an amateur. This was a tear down and rebuild to drawings I had provided, as well as an engineered drawing that I had to supply per the permitting office. It was a little over-engineered (from the architect) but Austin Modern Decks delivered in excellent form. The crew was very professional and respectful. The material used was of good quality, not the stuff you get at Home Depot. This was a sizable deck—around 650 square feet—with multiple levels, using TimberTech composite decking with a cedar skirt. I had an existing pergola over the decking that wrapped around the house to the back. They did an excellent job preserving the pergola, by shoring it up during construction, and attaching it back to the new deck. The attention to detail was excellent. Hidden fasteners were used, but in areas where this was not possible, finish trim screws were used (small profile head), even matching the color of the screws to the different color of the picture framing. I am extremely happy with how everything came out and would recommend Austin Modern Decks and More to anyone looking for a clean looking quality deck. Note: I will update the photos to better ones when the landscaping is done.”
