“Was nice meeting you and Maria yesterday. We appreciated the work on the patio set and were impressed with your work on other projects, particularly the attic transformation. We’re thinking about remodeling our bathrooms this Fall. We’ll contact you when we’re ready. Best, Bill”

“Top Tier did a fabulous job unloading a large cabinet! Carried up a flight of stairs into the house with ease and care. Thank you so much!”

“We were on a very short timetable and they worked us into their schedule to get the job done. It was done perfectly!”

“We hired Carlos to replace our basement stairs. It was a difficult project because we live in an old house where nothing is level or up to modern code, so it took extra work to come up with a plan that would pass inspection. Before he began the project, he came to the house and covered the floors that he'd be walking on to get to and from the basement. He also closed off the area around the stairs from the rest of the basement which was unnecessary because we have the world's worst unfinished basement but was indicative of the kind of care and respect he has for people's homes. He's a great communicator and kept us updated daily on his progress. He stayed on budget even though he had to spend some extra time troubleshooting the weird dimensions in our basement. The stairs came out great and we're already hiring him for another project. I would 100% recommend him to others!”

““Daniel did a great job building our deck. The quality of the work was excellent, communication was easy, and the project was completed on time. The deck turned out exactly how we wanted and feels very solid and well-built. We would definitely hire him again and recommend him to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship.”
