“Remarkable Services did an outstanding job cleaning my gutters, as well as washing the exterior of the gutters and fascia. Everything looks noticeably cleaner and better maintained. They were thorough, professional, and paid close attention to detail. I’m extremely pleased with the results and would gladly recommend Remarkable Services to anyone needing gutter cleaning or exterior home maintenance. Great work!”

“We used R.V. Custom & Design Carpentry for our 6 unit building's back deck including both hardwear replacement and some board replacements. Would highly recommend. Work started promptly. Excellent communication and quality work. Would highly recommend and we will use again in the future. Thank you!”

“Right from the start I knew Marian was going to be the contractor for me. He understood my needs. He was prompt and professional. He’s been an excellent communicator and he gave me the best value. I can’t wait to have him finish my job. Update… deck is all done and Marian and Ivan did an incredible job!! Hard workers and they even worked through the rain when it was safe. I would never hesitate to hire them again. True professionals, great communication, and always showed up on time.”

“That's not always the case with contractors. That said, you'll have a great experience with this guy. My wife and I did this project as our 2023 Christmas present to ourselves. We are already reaching out to Roy for our 2024 Christmas present! Highly recommend!!!”

“Hard working very honest. Will add more once deck is finished”

“Their work was simply amazing! They transformed our old deck into a full livable space we can enjoy year round! I highly recommend 97 Construction to everyone I know! Great work, great service!”
