“Top Tier did a fabulous job unloading a large cabinet! Carried up a flight of stairs into the house with ease and care. Thank you so much!”

“We hired Carlos to replace our basement stairs. It was a difficult project because we live in an old house where nothing is level or up to modern code, so it took extra work to come up with a plan that would pass inspection. Before he began the project, he came to the house and covered the floors that he'd be walking on to get to and from the basement. He also closed off the area around the stairs from the rest of the basement which was unnecessary because we have the world's worst unfinished basement but was indicative of the kind of care and respect he has for people's homes. He's a great communicator and kept us updated daily on his progress. He stayed on budget even though he had to spend some extra time troubleshooting the weird dimensions in our basement. The stairs came out great and we're already hiring him for another project. I would 100% recommend him to others!”

“We contacted Brian to repair my parent’s deck boards and add a wheelchair ramp. He was professional, courteous, friendly and prompt throughout our interactions in messaging and in person. Before he had the opportunity to get his bid to us, we had a family member notify us they were available to do the project for just the cost of materials, so Brian didn’t get a chance to work on our project, but he will be our first call on the next project we need help with.”
