“I hired Shaddai Painting to paint my deck. They did some prep work the day before. They arrived next day and went straight to work. They put a lot of work into sanding the old peeling paint. They took pride in their work and it showed. They were also very friendly. I am very happy with my experience with Shaddai Painting and highly recommend them. I would not hesitate to hire them again!”

“I recently had Tom, and his team rebuild my deck/porch, and I couldnt be happier with the results. They were extremely hardworking, prompt, and reliablealways showing up early and staying late to make sure everything was done right. The overall craftsmanship was outstanding, and the attention to detail really shows in the finished product. Tom was very attentive throughout the entire process, answering all of my questions and maintaining excellent communication from start to finish.I highly recommend Tom and his team to anyone looking for quality work and a contractor who truly cares about the customer experience.Mark+Kerri”

“I needed a hand to remove my pool cover. I had delayed opening for maintenance. I needed an a/c unit installed. Two disparate jobs, both with details and fixes on the fly. Jay agreed to come, and brought helpers. One helper rescued the tree frogs, the other helped roll the cover off. Jay installed the a/c unit with an adaptation, a board across the upper window. It was amazing that Jay adapted his schedule for me, late afternoon, and that both jobs got completed by sundown. I’ve asked him back to take the unit out when it’s time.”

“Grate Company more than once I ask for prices and estimates and they're totally free. They help me a lot with 2 projects maintaining my lawn and a beautiful big patio that I ask for. Grate response and good work.”

“0ver the past 2 years, I have used KASA Services/ Felipe Goncalves for 3 projects at my daughters home (outside deck + remodeling 2 baths), and most recently, for a complete update of my home (install of hardwood floors, redo of 2 bathrooms + complete kitchen). Felipe came out to preview each project in advance of providing a quote. He gave helpful advice and suggestions including ways that a project could be done that would be more or less expensive. Quotes were all very, very.reasonableand, with the recent home project, the final payment was less as project finished under budget. The quality of work was really excellent as was communication during each project Workers were considerate and cleaned up. Felipe did a great job of balancing different aspects of each project (tile, electrical, plumbing, etc.), and although nothing ever runs perfectly, all projects finished essentially on time. Then, even after projects were completed, follow up and touch up work was done promptly. All said, I highly recommend KASA Services / Felipe On a scale of 1-10, I give KASA a definite 10.Joe L”
