“This time it was to turn our deck into a screened in porch. In both cases, we couldn't be happier with the quality of work, the overall look and the work ethic of the entire team. I highly recommend Delmarva Building Solutions for any home improvement or home repairs you might need. I'm attaching some pre and post photos of the porch.”

“relating to the vanity sinkIgor and George also performed myriad other quality work, including: power washing and applying high-quality stain to a large deck and railing; replacing a ceiling fan which was installed at a very tricky angle; replacing nearly 40 kitchen cabinets handles; adjusting sliding shower doors; testing water heater elements; painting and caulking in various areas; and hanging multiple heavy mirrors and wall hangings.Equally important, their high-quality work, efficiency, and reliability almost completely eliminated the stress of arranging for and following through on multiple simultaneous projects. OC General Contracting gets the job done efficiently and correctly the first time. I feel very fortunate to have found them”
