“We initially hired them to make a few repairs. Unfortunately there were many problems as boards were removed and we realized the amount of damage to the original deck. Plans changed and almost 90% of the deck was replaced. We have a large 3-tier deck on a hill and this was not an easy job. We are very impressed with the sturdiness and beauty of our new deck. The crew worked late frequently and left the area very clean at the end of the project.”

“We also had a mini split condenser on our deck which required careful suspension in order to build the deck under it. They took their time and got the details perfect! We hired them to replace our existing deck, and in every detail - they replaced it with some idea that was better. Instead of a door to the space under the deck hinging on the top, requiring me to prop it up with a stick to use it, they replaced it with a door hinged to the side. Instead of a narrow steep step, he designed one that is deep, a much safer solution. Every time we had a concern, the Jimenez Construction team was willing to problem solve to make things right. On top of excellent work, the team was courteous and considerate of our needs. I would not hesitate to hire them again! I highly recommend them.”

“They repaired all damage done to the floors with the remodel, ripped up 5 layers of ugly linoleum in the kitchen and put hardwood back down. It is seamless. You cannot tell the difference between the old and new wood. That is also a testament to how remarkable of a job they did in our old wood. We were just blown away. Our 60 year old original floors look like brand new floors! That is all my husband could repeat for days and the first thing he tells everyone. We ended up needing new baseboards as we found out when taking them off that they were not in good shape. Stephan's put those up and shoe molds as well. We just had to paint them. They were very professional and trustworthy. They arrived when they said they would and completed the job in the timeframe they advised us. Cost was very reasonable as well. I am a shopper but I can honestly tell you that they were so great, you don't even need to shop around. Just have Stephan's come out and give you a quote. You will not be disappointed.”

“Big shoutout to Curtis Huy for doing a great job on my front and backyard! He arrived on time, trimmed the bushes, removed the weeds, and left everything looking nice and clean. I especially appreciated that he cleaned up after finishing. Great work, Curtis! Highly recommend!”
