“We couldn’t be happier with the quality of work on our new deck and its foundation! Aaron, Alejandro, and another crew member whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch did an outstanding job. They were always polite, courteous, punctual, and took great pride in their work. Jose was excellent with communication and very easy to work with throughout the entire process. The team also paid great attention to detail and made sure everything was cleaned up and looked great afterward. We truly appreciate their hard work and look forward to working with them on future projects. Highly recommend!”

“Greg did an EXCELLENT job on my lower deck remodel project! He got the job done very fast yet with great detail! The before and after pictures are unbelievable in the best way! This was my birthday present for my husband turning 70. I have already hosted 3 parties on the new deck - a 70th birthday party for my husband, a birthday party for my father and had family over for our anniversary celebration! My entire family absolutely loves this new space! I highly recommend him and hope to have future projects done by him and his crew.”

“LIV Construction renovated our bedroom into a beautiful spacious master bedroom. They were great to work with and very responsive to our questions! Very accommodating and quality of work is outstanding!!! My husband and I are very pleased with the end product. Very spacious closets which is my dream come true. And let’s not talk about the deck they built, huge! The owner, Stephen, very professional and easy to work with! I recommend them highly for your next project!”
