“I feel he went above and beyond, simply because a lot of contractors who are not bonded and insured, would probably have just ignored my concern, but Vitalii stands behind his work and will get it done right! Even if he has to come back to fix it. I was so appreciative of that and I will DEFINITELY hire him again in the future! He was also very patient and sweet with my (super nosy) dog and cat! Thank you Vitalii!”

“Color cat was very flexible with timing to make it work between contractors and crunch time with our hard deadlines. If you need flexible and excellent work, contact them!”

“Were really happy with our bathroom remodel from LFM Construction & Remodeling. Leo was great to work with from start to finish! Easy to communicate with, reliable, and genuinely cared about doing the job right. He listened to what we wanted, gave helpful input, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The crew was respectful of our home and the quality of work really shows. Our bathroom turned out exactly how we hoped. Wed definitely recommend Leo and his team.”

“Fantastic experience working with this remodeling company. Communication was clear, and the project stayed on budget. The finished bathroom is stunning.”

“I am going to be using their services again very soon for the kitchen remodel, and I would recommend this team to anyone looking for a contractor.”

“Made me a true believer in contractors promises again. We now have the best looking roof in the neighborhood and it's actually quieter in the house, no outside noises anymore.”
