“He repaired a large portion of our deck that was rotting, warped and needed to be replaced with new boards. I would hire him and his company again and again for any handyman repairs I need at our home.”

“The entire job included exterior painting, staining the deck and some interior touch ups. I am absolutely THRILLED with the painting job and the entire experience. The Production Manager Derek ensured that I had a crew that fit my expectations and needs. My crew leader, Jason, was extremely conscientious, communicative, reliable and professional. This is by far the best experience I have ever had in 18 years of hiring for home maintenance persons and companies. Additionally, the price we paid was the lowest of all the estimates I received—5 in total. Jason took great care with detail work that I imagine can be somewhat tedious, and the painters were conscientious about making sure the outside gates were closed to keep the dogs from slipping out (which has been a problem with other contractors). Imperial Painters are the embodiment of how a company should operate! Unfortunately it’s difficult these days to find contractors who value personal service, care about the customer and the job and demonstrate absolute integrity. Imperial does all of these, and I’m truly grateful for having found them.”

“The new deck is beautiful, well-built, and the quote was very reasonable. My only suggestions for improvement would be better communication about the project timeline and a little more attention to the finishing touches, as there were a few areas that needed additional sanding. However, they came back promptly to address those issues. Overall, I’m very pleased with their work and would absolutely hire them again!”

“Dennis showed up on time and did an excellent job painting my baseboards and doors. I will hire him again!”
