“We interviewed several contractors and decided on Scott for the following reasons; he is local (Ventura Cty, and Simi in particular) - he has a lot of experience dealing with city regulations; he made us feel comfortable that he can do the job right; his price was very reasonable. The project, once the permits were approved, was completed in just a few days. Scott was very good in communicating the progress to us. He kept within the project estimate and any additional and for any unforeseen expenses, and he made sure we are aware of the reason and we are on board with any changes. Overall, we are so happy with the work Scott did.”

“This company did an excellent job, were timely and efficient, cleaned up after project was completed, workers were friendly. Highly recommend.”

“Marcs Construction did a great job on our backyard fence. The team was professional, efficient, and the quality of the work exceeded our expectations. Were very happy with the result!!!”

“The below picture gives you a full sense of the project, but Clean Bricks's part was demo and haul. In the past we have been stuck at that stage for an unnecessary amount of time and that delayed the whole project. Clean Bricks made this part literally the smoothest and easiest for us. We could not be more happy. One of the things I loved is that even though construction is a messy process spilling over to all the other spaces, they made it so that our life could still go on by containing and managing the chaos of demo. I loved the safety precautions and protocols they put in place so that we and the pros are comfortable being in the space. Highly recommend their service offering.”

“Lopez Landscaping, and Saul in particular, has been an absolute godsend. Every single piece of work they have done is of the highest quality and has been done with the utmost integrity and professionalism. They care for our property as if it were their own and have rescued us from the stress and high costs of yard/irrigation maintenance that had been plaguing us from the moment we bought the home. They meticulously care for every inch of the 1 acre, including 20+ mature trees that they expertly service by hand. They’ve also done the design and installation for major conversion projects, including a move to a drought-resistant side yard. I could go on, but suffice it to say that you will not find anyone better.”
