Sherry S. says, “After my mother’s passing, I was overwhelmed by the responsibilities of managing her funeral; home; my brother’s housing, because he lived with my mom; and financial matters. Organizing the removal of items from her home felt impossible. Flex Junk Removal was recommended to me, along with several other companies, but I trusted my instincts and chose them. When I met Havea, he calmly assessed the extensive belongings without hesitation, took photos, and reassured me throughout the process. He provided a quote that was so reasonable I had to confirm it, and I felt an immense sense of relief. When he explained that they would handle everything and I would not need to do anything, I was deeply grateful. Havea was compassionate and kind, and the entire team was professional, hardworking, and efficient. They completed most of the work in one day, with only a small amount left for the next. He has demonstrated integrity and trustworthiness from the start, and he followed up to ensure I was satisfied with their work. I am truly grateful I chose Flex Junk Removal, as they exceeded my expectations and made a difficult time much easier.”
