“We initially hired them to make a few repairs. Unfortunately there were many problems as boards were removed and we realized the amount of damage to the original deck. Plans changed and almost 90% of the deck was replaced. We have a large 3-tier deck on a hill and this was not an easy job. We are very impressed with the sturdiness and beauty of our new deck. The crew worked late frequently and left the area very clean at the end of the project.”

“Simple Answer - - ALL OF THE ABOVE! My wife and I (both in our late 70s) are extremely pleased we had the opportunity to come in contact with Joseph Miller and to have had the opportunity to benefit from his (and his Team members') fine "attention to details" craftsmanship - - regarding two exceptional projects: 1) the "period correct" restoration of a vintage/historical slab-wood side log cabin on our property, and 2) the major remodeling of our kitchen (complete with changing the ceiling from a "flat one" to a slanted (cathedral looking) ceiling - - an exceptional expansive new look. We have been extremely pleased with Joseph's professionalism, his "caring nature", his perfectionist focus, his fine communications, and his on-going demonstrations of his Amish roots and values. During both major (many months) projects we continually felt "we were in good hands". Both of us highly recommend Joseph Miller and his "Property Partner of Apple Creek" Team Members. You will be very pleased with getting to know Joseph and working with him and his Team members during your project(s). Cheers and best regards -- DH & AH (Akron [Bath], OH.”
