“Fantastic job, both workers went out of the way and cleaned everything under the old ramp, before putting the new ramp in. Would highly recommend to anyone”

“I recently had Tim and his crew replace a window and install a new sliding glass door at my home, and I’m so glad I went with them. The installation itself looked great from the start, although a day later I noticed a leak on top of the sliding glass door during a heavy rain. I called Tim right away and he was incredibly responsive; he came out the very next day, and fixed it on the spot. He also added the interior trim pieces that had been missing and made everything look perfect at a minimal cost. That kind of follow-up and ownership is rare these days. His pricing was fair and transparent; no surprise fees, and the labor cost was exactly what I expected for the quality of work. During our short chats he mentioned how he tries to go out of his way to help veterans and older folks in the community who need work done, which says a lot about his character. As a bonus, when I showed him some water-damaged drywall on the ceiling from an old roof leak, he patched it up the same day and then recommended a finisher to handle the texture and final paint (I called the guy and I didn’t expect the price to be a little expensive than what I actually expected) Overall, the window and slider look fantastic, everything functions perfectly now, and the little hiccup was handled so well that it actually made me trust Tim even more. If you need window or door work done, call Tim. You’ll be happy you did! 100 % would hire again and happily recommend him to family and friends. Thanks, Tim!”

“Have used UPWest Homes multiple times for a variety of construction projects and they have always been great to work with. High quality work for a fair price. Will definitely continue to use them in the future.”
