“I Jeff was very easy to work with thru the entire project. He was responsive to our needs and was a good problem solver for issues that came up. Jeff and his coworker (Casey) completed the work quickly and professionally. We are strongly considering hiring him another project with our bathroom!”

“Their communication was great, the work was done in a timely manner, and the installation looks clean all around! Very easy to work with!”

“We had a quartz counter-top installed and from start to finish they were over the top helpful, very efficient and HAPPY to help. Their pricing; we thought very reasonable and competitive ( we did our homework!). Thank You all at Nelson Tile n Stone!”

“Excellent experience. Our Bend condo had water damage. Originally, I asked Jim to oversee the remediation and restoration work (we are in Portland). The remediation went fine, but the restoration did not come together as I hoped. So, I switched vendors and had R3 do the work. It was the best decision possible. They were very responsive, did excellent and timely work, and Jim was of considerable help in providing details to the insurance company. Great experience. I highly recommend Jim and R3.”
