“Their communication was great, the work was done in a timely manner, and the installation looks clean all around! Very easy to work with!”

“It involved carpentry, drywall installation, addition of two new circuits for power, installation of a mini-split heat pump to allow year-round work and installation of a roll-up door to the other half of the garage. In a few weeks, Robert put together a project schedule, lined up the subs, put together a cost estimate for all labor and materials and got the building permit application in. During the actual construction work we were out of town, but Robert kept us up to date with photos and, where necessary, questions as the project proceeded. Everything was kept neat and clean (according to our neighbors). When we returned the project was complete and more than met my expectations. I would cheerfully hire Robert again and highly recommend him.”

“We had a quartz counter-top installed and from start to finish they were over the top helpful, very efficient and HAPPY to help. Their pricing; we thought very reasonable and competitive ( we did our homework!). Thank You all at Nelson Tile n Stone!”

“Excellent experience. Our Bend condo had water damage. Originally, I asked Jim to oversee the remediation and restoration work (we are in Portland). The remediation went fine, but the restoration did not come together as I hoped. So, I switched vendors and had R3 do the work. It was the best decision possible. They were very responsive, did excellent and timely work, and Jim was of considerable help in providing details to the insurance company. Great experience. I highly recommend Jim and R3.”
