Within 4 hours of letting him know, he was back in our home. As soon as he walked in the door, he was genuinely grateful for our allowing him to "make it right". Class like that is hard to find. To make a long story short, Dr. King and Elvis were true to their pledge to keep on returning at no additional charge and make things right. This second trip resulted in a different new part and a working dishwasher. The professionalism, quality and expertise were more than a pleasant surprise. If their reasonable price doesn't leave you with a smile, then having a person like Elvis work the problem definitely will.”
