“Exceptional service from start to finish! Umid repaired our very sticky sliding glass door so it glides like new, and replaced our window mesh screens flawlessly. He was prompt, professional, and left everything spotless. Highly recommend Umid for sliding glass door or screen repairs!”

“This company is extremely professional and knowledgable. They fixed a misaligned top-pivot/ roller assembly on a frameless glass door, glass door wasn’t closing properly. Removed the glass door to adjust the silver bracket connected to the black roller above it. They have experienced working on large and wide house main doors, doors at Downtown LA jewelry district as well as bank vaults. Highly recommended to anyone looking for professionally skilled talent.”

“They contacted me very quickly and set up right away. I confirmed the day of and when I talk to customer service rep, I said can you please remind the tech this is a rental, tenants will be there and if he needs me I can come. He said to me in a rude tone “I wish you would have told me this before”. I said, well I thought I did, but didn’t think it was a big deal. I did hear from Zach. He was not told it was a rental, but was good. He called me, told me what was wrong and cost. He fixed the door the tenants were happy. He called me and took payment. I was very pleased with Zach. It was just that one rep who I thought could have had a better attitude. But, since the work was good and they came as they said they would, I would use them again.”

“Joey responded quickly, quoted a very fair price, came at the appointed job, brought the right tools, and quickly and expertly installed our new door. The entire process could not have been better!”
