I had purchased the mount for 220 dollars and the prior handyman installed pieces backwards, stripped screws, and installed the mount itself upside down. Instead of telling us that there was nothing to do, Tristen spent hours dismantling the mount, putting it back together again (because of the stripped screws, this was exceedingly difficult), aligning it on our wall, and ensuring that the placement was where we wanted it to be. He never rushed any of the work he was doing but rather was meticulous and deliberate about everything he was doing. After this experience, I will not hire any handyman/carpenter besides Tristen again. If you are considering going with this company, do not hesitate - you will absolutely not regret it.”
