“romian, was very efficient. he was given a truly difficult door to fix. he was passionate on how the door should be fitted right. please choose him before you think about doing it yourself.”

“Hiring Ivan was one of the best experiences I’ve had working with a contractor. He did thorough, high-quality work and asked clarifying questions. He kept me apprised of his progress, sending me pictures daily, which I greatly appreciated. I also appreciated his detailed estimate, which provided line-item detail. Other contractors I’ve worked with have simply given one overall project cost (with no breakdown by task), which isn’t helpful when you’re trying to budget for a large project and understand exactly how an estimate was derived. Ivan prepped and painted 3 rooms, removed a chair rail, removed old baseboards and installed new ones, primed and painted window casings and trim, installed new deadbolts, and will be installing new interior doors. I’m already preparing a mental list of jobs I want Ivan to do in the future, and I won’t hesitate reaching out to him… I just hope he’s not too busy (due all his great reviews!) to take on the work!”

“Really happy with the work! He did a great job installing my new door slab and getting everything fitted properly with the existing frame. He was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He took his time to make sure everything was done right, and the door turned out great. I would definitely hire him again for future projects!”
