Things that really impressed me were his follow-up with project details and quotes. Asking questions if unsure of exactly what I wanted done, his hard work and attention to detail, cleaning up after project completion, all the work was completed in a timely manner. I paid more money to a local hardware store to put put the screen in ( that fell out ) then I paid for the men to fix , fix the wheels on door that I broke , and hang it . “We recently hired House Doctors of Seacoast to renovate my mothers bathroom. They provided a fair quote and were extremely good about communication, even before they started the job. Their technician, Miguel, performed all the work, including light plumbing, electrical, and carpentry (floors, painting, installing fixtures, and switching a vanity top/sink). Miquel went above and beyond by taking off his shoes before entering the house, picking up supplies, and even buying a new faucet for my mother because the one she had purchased wouldnt fit. He was an extremely hard worker, putting in long days and not quitting until the job was done. He also innovated a solution to a problem that arose (no fault of his own). The end result is a lovely new bathroom that my mother loves. I cannot say enough good things about this company. We will definitely use them again, and I highly recommend their service. “Igor shows up, knows his stuff, is thorough and fair. What more can you ask of a contractor in metro-Boston today? Actually… you can ask them to be responsive too… and Igor is. Give him a try. He’ll call actually call or text you back, believe it or not. And he’ll follow up. At least he did for our job. Came, spent and hour sorting mapping out our system, diagnosed why our Mitsubishi Hyper Heat Mini-Split heads were leaking (there were actually two separate root causes), explained the issues, and proposed solutions. Charges a service fee -$120 I think… but that is applied to the bill later. Price? I thought it was an excellent value. $1,100 to replace the failed pump and add pumps on the two heads which were originally installed with only gravity drainage… my research says the pumps alone would probably cost about $600. So now factor in the installation… and what you have is a high quality, professional, prompt HVAC contractor who’s charging you about $100 - $150 an hour. Try to beat that.”
