“I was locked out because of a door lock failure. The key would not engage the tumblers. I picked this company based on Thumbtack reviews, which tend to be more comprehensive than Google. John M is the sole proprietor. I was able to arrange a time with him. He was punctual to within half an hour. To me being an ex-New Yorker who has dealt with many repairmen in the past, I consider this being on time. John M is very personable. I had an additional problem that showed up and he included it in the quoted price. Don't buy unbranded locks and have them installed by the local handyman. Call Lockbusters. Have them do the original installation. If you get locked out, call Lockbusters. I did and I was very satisfied.”

“I got locked out of my car after work and had no idea what I was going to do. James came out pretty quickly, got me back in without any issues, and was really nice the whole time. Definitely made a stressful situation a lot easier”

“I was able to have someone come same-day to change my mailbox lock and also my condo door locks. Abraham was great- he had trouble with the mailbox lock and spent a lot of time on it, but was finally able to change the lock correctly & get it to work. He spent several hours here (I felt bad!) but he was very polite & friendly. The pricing is fair/reasonable & better than another quote I got in this area. Definitely would recommend!”

“Did amazing work. Was great value, seamless and went over and above”

“Jose was very professional and installed our lock and handle with patience.”
