John M is the sole proprietor. I was able to arrange a time with him. He was punctual to within half an hour. To me being an ex-New Yorker who has dealt with many repairmen in the past, I consider this being on time. John M is very personable. I had an additional problem that showed up and he included it in the quoted price. Don't buy unbranded locks and have them installed by the local handyman. Call Lockbusters. Have them do the original installation. If you get locked out, call Lockbusters. I did and I was very satisfied.”
