“I had a great experience with ProLift from start to finish! Mo, the owner, was extremely professional, patient, and thorough in answering all of my questions. I really appreciated the time Mo took to address my concerns and make sure I felt comfortable moving forward. I even received a personal follow-up call after the service was completed to see how everything went and whether I had any additional questions. That level of customer service truly stood out!Jonathan, the technician, was equally professional and knowledgeable. He installed my new garage door opener and replaced several essential components. He took the time to explain the work he completed and walked me through how to operate my new opener.Overall, Im extremely pleased with the quality of service and professionalism from both Mo and Jonathan. I highly recommend ProLift!”
