“After a 6 hour road trip to our beach house we had electrical issues as soon as we walked in the door. It was after 5 and after calling around and not having any luck we called Mr. Electric and had a tech out in under 30 minutes. Byron showed up and immediately got to work testing everything while thoroughly explaining what he was doing and what potential issues could be. It ended up being an issue on the power companys side however Byron stayed in contact to make sure everything was completed correctly and we were back in service, he even followed up the next day with us to ask the status with the power companys repair.
