We could not use our water without the toilet flooding. He raced back to look at the problem, told us what needed to be done, and set up another visit for this morning. Above and beyond! This morning, Joe came out with the machinery to check the pipe. He removed the toilet and routed the line. He was also extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He completed the work quickly, which wasn't as bad as we feared, thank God! He replaced the toilet, and cleaned up the area. Both men gave us tips and suggestions to keep our plumbing working.
