“I highly recommend Sean and Octoflow Plumbing! We have had issues with our kitchen drain since moving into our house, requiring it to be snaked every few years. I called Octoflow Plumbing to get a quote on clearing the line, as it had started to back up again.Sean was able to come out first thing Monday morning to assess the issue. We've had several different plumbers come take a look at the same issue over the years. Sean was the first one to notice that the kitchen drain pipe slope was too flat.He presented me with two options, an inexpensive one to snake the line and a more expensive (but reasonable) option to correct the issues. I decided to go with the option to fix the issue.Sean returned the next day to get to work, giving me a detailed walkthrough of his plan. Once he got my approval, he got to work. He finished in a few hours, cleaned up the work area and showed me the completed job. Everything was perfect.Octoflow has earned all my future business and I will recommend them to anyone I know!”

“Duane was great! Very polite person. He explained everything to me as to what he was going to do. He did a good job! He was here nice and early like I ask for. This apartment was for a Septic System pump out.”
