“Would highly recommend Oliver and his company. I had a drain line clog that backed up my downstairs toilet. Called Oliver on a Sunday and he responded within minutes and was at my house fixing the issue within half an hour of my call. Very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. Even helped me to install a new wax ring in the leaking toilet. Pricing was very reasonable and fair especially considering it was a Sunday. “He also cleaned up after himself. Only issue I had was we were quoted $200 for the project. I went into quite a lot of detail so there would be no surprises, I also wanted all parts to be included in the price as I had mentioned in my job request. After the work was done we were told it was $230 because the parts were $30. Not being a cash carrier I didn't have the extra, I managed to find $20 in my wallet so he left with $220 after telling us not to worry about it. I appreciated the fast response and how quickly the next day he could make it out but when I'm quoted a price, especially after a detailed job description, that's what I expect to pay. Over all I am still very pleased. I would use him again for other services but would have to be more clear on prices before hand. ”
