“I had what turned out to be a stuck drain in one of the a/c units. He did his diagnostics, found it, fixed it and stayed for a bit just to make sure the problem was gone. Pretty happy with the service. Would recommend”

“If you need a reliable plumber who gets the job done right the first time, this is the one to call. I Highly recommended Blendi!”

“I had a great experience with 1800 Plumber+Air. My specific needs was a brand new HVAC install. After vetting a few other companies, I decided on this one because of a few things 1) Their pricing was initially mid tier but they were willing to negotiate a fair one 2) Their bundled maintenance plan was perfect for the TRANE HVAC system since those are recommended to have specialized care 3) They communicated well and answered all my questions as well as made sure I was comfortable with everything. The work was done within the time period promised and the technicians worked diligently throughout the day to get things finished. My HVAC install was in an enclosed attic space which made the removal of the old unit and bringing in of the new more challenging than usual (they had to fit everything through a tight space) and it was done during a very hot week! They didn't complain a single time and remained courteous throughout. When finished they patched up areas that were scuffed up (expected due to the tight space they were working in) and even went back a second time when I requested a re-look at a few marks. They respected my house and property, taking care to not damage my floors and walls. They wore and removed shoe covers every time the entered and left the house. I am very happy with the service provided and the HVAC works perfectly. I would absolutely hire again AND recommend to others.”

“Before finding Javier, I had another plumber come out who had nearly 200 five-star reviews and an expensive van and uniform. Unfortunately, that plumber completely misdiagnosed the problem and made it sound like a much bigger, more expensive issue than it actually was. Then Javier came along, reassuring me immediately identified the real problem, was completely honest about what was happening, and fixed it right on the spot in about FIVE MINUTES! No unnecessary repairs, no exaggerated problems, no taking advantage of customers. Just genuine honesty, expertise, and exceptional service and very fair pricing! Javier is truly a Godsend! It’s so rare these days to find someone who genuinely cares about doing the right thing and helping people rather than just making money. I trust him completely, and I HIGHLY recommend Javier and Jem’s Plumbing to absolutely everyone! He has earned my respect, appreciation, and future business. God bless you, Javier! Godspeed to you! You truly made my day and helped more people than you realize today. I am beyond grateful for your honesty, kindness, and incredible work. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I cannot recommend you highly enough! 100 STARS! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
