“Our dish washer drain pump stopped working on a Sunday evening. The next day The JL team was here to help address the problem. His team was quick and found out the problem very quickly. It took a few business days for the required part to arrive an after a few scheduling issues it was fixed. No fault to the JL team, they were communicative throughout and very responsive. Great work. Great communication and very happy with the service. Looking forward to working with JL on any appliance issues and looking into having the team come back for some HVAC servicing. Very happy with the service.”

“Mr. B answered me promptly yesterday and worked to accomodate my schedule to come over to assess the situation. My kitchen faucet was causing the leak! Jose returned today, he has many years of experience as a plumber and was extremely professional and worked in a through and timely fashion to remove my leaky faucet and install a new one that I purchased early this morning so I would not be wothout a kitchen faucet. He was also very kind to look at my toilet which needed an assessment. I felt his price was very reasonable and I have to say he was so very pleasant to work with! A very lovely man! It was a painless and pleasant experience. His work is guaranteed also! I would highly reccomend Mr. B for your plumbing needs!”

“Great job. Came to fix my faucet the same day.”

“Pete was fantastic. Diagnosed the problem rather quickly after we discussed what I was experiencing. Long story short, get your annual maintenance done, because I had a gunked up valve and my filters were real bad. He made some adjustments and on a freezing cold on day 2nd into the new year, and Im good as new! Great personality and great technician! Ill even now go as far as saying hes a new friend to me! A wow experience through and through.. thanks again for saving the day Pete! All the best!Lou R”

“Excellent Piping helped me with my water heater and repaired a leak in my home. They responded quickly, arrived on time, and were professional throughout the entire job. The work was high quality, completed efficiently, and everything was left clean afterward. I highly recommend Sai with Excellent Piping for reliable plumbing services!”

“Casey and his helper Garrett were great. I initially contacted him because I needed a toilet installed, slow leaks in two of bathroom sinks fixed, and my water softener assessed. Casey took the time to visually show me what was wrong in my house and thoroughly explain the options we had to fix the problem. He was punctual and highly responsive. His work was fast and high-quality. They did a great job of leaving the area clean. I thought his pricing was fair. We’ll definitely be using him more in the future.”
