“We had a leaky faucet and I called Jim. He had me send him a picture of the faucet and we talked about the situation I was experiencing. He explained that given the type of faucet and where the leaks were he could replace parts and it still might leak. He gave us the choice of that or replacing. He went to obtain the correct replacement and installed it providing a better solution for only a minimal increase in cost. While he was here we asked him to look at another issue which he gladly did and addressed it on the spot. Jim is astute, professional, friendly and kind. Definitely receives our endorsement and we will call him again if we need a plumber!”
