“Precision Plumbing, Heating and Air did an outstanding job installing our new tankless water heater. It was a tight location where a normal water heater would not fit and they were able to come up with a solution that worked for us. Liz was great to work with in the office and Marcus did an amazing job with the install. They both understood our situation and went to Great length to make sure that the solution fit our needs. We are a week out of having the unit installed and so far we are very happy! I would highly recommend Precision Plumbing heating and Air/ Watts Plumbing if you are looking to have a new tankless water heater installed.”

“They were friendly, explained everything they were doing, cleaned up and everything was good as new in just a few hours!! I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs and will definitely call them again if we need a plumber!”

“Dalton came today to clean the houses main drain. He was very friendly and informative. Thank you Dalton.”

“Aaron B came out to address a clogged drain in my recently deceased father's home. Aaron was very professional, punctual, and courteous. He refused to walk into the home without shoe covers on even though I told him it was ok. He even put shoe covers on the machines wheels! He asked permission before he did anything! Unfortunately, he was unable to resolve the issue during the visit but did he make an effort to diagnose the problem and attempted several solutions, and offered advice on how to move forward. The best part was, I wasn't charged since they could not fix the issue!!Aaron informed me of maintenance packages the company offers but was not even the slightest bit pushy. He understood that I am trying to get my dad's house ready to sell and it wasn't the right time or place. He did leave materials to look at and share with people! I would recommend this company (Aaron) for your plumbing needs!”
