“We had an emergency our media room in basement has water leaking and the dry wall collapsed we were not sure where the leak was from. We had all water off and reached out to them late in the night and they replied and showed up early morning found the source of the leak and fives the pipe. Thank you so much!”

“I had a fantastic experience! I hired them because my washing machine was backing up and not draining water properly. They arrived on time and fixed the drainage issue perfectly. The service was fast, professional, and they left the laundry area completely clean. They also provided some maintenance tips. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!”

“I tried Thumbtack for the first time yesterday, and put out a request for plumbing help. Even though it wasn't an emergency, I still wanted it done that same day, if possible. Longacre replied pretty fast and even got me on the schedule for same day! When they gave me a time window, I asked for more specific times because of meetings, and they even accommodated that request too! The tech arrived, quickly assessed the situation with the clogged drain and got it taken care of quickly also. Very good and very knowledgeable. Would be happy to call them again when needed.”

“I was in need of a new furnace since my original furnace was 35 + years old. I received a quote from the company who services my furnace which I thought was way too high for a new furnace. I also asked friends about the quote and they too thought it was too high.I then reached out to Marshalls Services for a second quote and the first time I contacted their office I had a good feeling that this would be a great experience. The customer service representative took down my information and told me someone from the office would be contacting me. At first I thought it would be a sales person, but it was the owner of the company, Glenn Dickey Jr. who contacted me. He was just as pleasant and helpful as the customer service representative when I spoke to him on the phone. He came to my house and explained the cons of my old furnace and the pros if I got a new furnace. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does and about furnaces. He explained the different options and price points of the different furnaces that Marshall's offers. I felt no pressure from Glenn about purchasing a furnace from him and we both agreed that he would come back and explain the same thing to my wife. Even though it was his second time explaining everything to me, he was just as passionate and helpful the second time around. After Glenn's second visit, my wife and I decided to go with Marshall's.George, Parker and Adam came to my house to install the furnace. All three installers were professional and friendly and any time I had a question about what they were doing they were very informative. When the installation was done, George reviewed the furnace with me and informed me about what to expect to see and hear. Adam who installed the digital thermostats answered all of my questions and showed me how to use them. When they left, they made sure everything was cleaned up.We highly recommend Glenn and his team for being a very informative, trustworthy, and friendly heating company.”
