“I could not locate the clean out for my sewer. Andrew was able to locate it and when it was discovered found out it was crumbling. He repaired it with new PVC to connect to the intact portion of the sewer, all done with a great attitude. He also connected up my washer line to the sewer where previous owners just had it draining the backyard. He’s patient, friendly, honest and conscientious. Was definitely hire him again.”

“We had a full blockage of our sewer pipe on a Thursday night and Chaz was so kind and willing to help. He even offered to come out that night around 5:30 or 6 PM.On Friday, he spent the entire day trying to sneak this drain and working with our tenants and our neighbor. It was a lot to coordinate and its not fun work. He checked and often throughout the process as he went step-by-step logically through the problem. This isnt our first rodeo so we could tell he really knew what he was doing. After trying every clean out we had, and the neighbors to (whom our pipe connects with) he gave us the bad news that we didnt need to dig up the pipe. He was right. He identified exactly where the obstruction was and Doug right to it the next day. He spent all day Saturday with his crew on it and really moved things around to get our plumbing functional again. We really appreciated it. He worked with all the stakeholders and he was kind and empathetic the entire time, despite working in the evenings and on the weekend. He also gave a reasonable price, less than the other plumber we had explore the problem.I cant recommend him enough. We were not on site and yet he worked with our tenants and the neighbor and got this fixed much faster than the last time we had something like this happen at another home.He billed exactly what he promised. He texted us videos and photos that we requested. Thank you so much, Chaz for saving the day!”

“I highly recommend Wet Basement Services and am giving them a 5 star rating because they were able to correct our recent basement flooding issue that was created by a former contractor, USA Green Builders. WBS came out quickly and installed a sump pump with a backup pump quickly. The thing I like best about them is they explained why it was important to expand the the subfloor drain beyond where the leak was because the hydrostatic pressure wouldve found new ways to come in. Anyways happy to give them a great review because they also did the work at a fair price.”

“We had our septic system fail and consequently all the house drains backed up. I contacted Tyson about 3 o'clock Sunday he stated he would arrive by 6:30 pm. He arrived at 6 :10 and within 20 minutes had diagnosed the problem with the system. He had the necessary equipment to locate the 2nd tank in three feet of dirt and worked like a steam shovel in uncovering the lid. I was very impressed with his strong work ethic and knowledge! Approximately an hour after he started all the drains were clear and working normally . I am keeping Tyson's business card in a permanent file for any future septic troubles as he can be totally depended and relied on.”

“Kyle was professional and very knowledgeable at the tasks he performed. I will definitely use, and ask for Kyle next time I am in need of his plumbing service. Thank you Kyle.”
