“We hired L-Tran Contracting to build a concrete pad in preparation for installing a backup power generator, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Loc arrived right on time for the estimate and immediately impressed us with his professionalism and enthusiasm. He offered thoughtful suggestions on the best placement and size for the pad, which helped us make confident decisions about the project. On the day of construction, the crew showed up on time and ready to work. They were efficient, respectful of our property, and clearly knew what they were doing. The job was completed on time and on budget—a rare and much-appreciated outcome. We’re extremely pleased with the quality of the work and the overall experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to use L-Tran Contracting again for any future projects. Highly recommended!”

“Hard working crew, happy with our project!”

“I have had jobs that include flooring, painting, fence repair, plumbing and sheet rock and every task has been met with a quality outcome. Once the work is scheduled, it is performed on time and at a fair cost. I look forward to bring the team back in the fall for window replacements.”
