“Koala Insulation exceeded my expectations. David, our sales representative, provided a comprehensive overview of our insulation needs, addressing everything from insulation types to ventilation and attic hatch sealing. He made sure everything was up to par and even supported the installation team. The installation crew was professional and dedicated. Despite some unexpected delays, they worked tirelessly to ensure the job was completed in a timely, professional, and high-quality manner. I wholeheartedly recommend Koala Insulation.”

“Quick professional response and clean & neat clean up. I also had my dryer air vent cleaned that was no easy task crossing my garage attic with plugged 90 degree turns. No attempt to upsell repeat frequency than necessary with estimate exact balance due. Very pleased and highly recommend.”

“Took photos of everything that he did, cleaned up, and found any issues in the system. We should not have been happier when th his work and the company today - 1/23/2026. ________________ Update 2/25/2025 Warranty inspection and trouble shooting a problem. Found it quickly and done fast. My furnace just shut down without prior issues. The technician and his orientee to the new company arrived promptly and diagnosed the issue quickly. They looked for other possible causes and verified that once the fix took place that it did, indeed, solve the issue. He did some routine maintenance checks in his troubleshooting. They found a problem that would have been missed otherwise (a leaking pan that would have been caused bigger problems and major safety issues down the line). He took care of that and also found a ballast on my UV filter was bad and replaced that under warranty. The darn plastic furnace pan was "expensive". Just like repairing a car all that stuff is not cheap or easy to do. However, once I saw all the work that was involved with getting to the old one out and replacing it with the new, I was then satisfied that it was a reasonable and necessary expense. They were clean and professional. Highly satisfied with their work and will use them again in the future.”

“Bruce was out for our annual plumbing checkup. Very personable. Explained things well.”
