“My husband asked me to find a duct cleaner in the area for our new home. Darla was the first to respond. She was incredibly polite and genuinely excited to send Nathan out for the service call. She got him scheduled quickly and explained the process in a way that I could confidently repeat for my husband and friends. Nathan arrived on time, and explained what he was going to do. He asked where the vents were and got to work. Nathan patiently worked around other contractors coming and going, and even accommodated my son's nap by finding a way to work backwards through the vents. He shared before and after pictures upon job completion - the duct work looks like a new install now! This job was definitely money well spent. I absolutely would recommend this service for anyone having allergies or other issues in their home.”

“Austin did our work, and he was beyond superb. His communication, his attention to detail, and his inter-personal skills are off the charts! The vents ended up being even a little more dirty than both he and I had anticipated, but he took it all in stride and took care of it no problem - all with a cheerful smile on his face. In another visit, Colin performed impeccable maintenance on our old system. He did his very best to try and extend the life of it, and we are definitely grateful for his help.My parents also had work done through Capital, and the experience they had with the guy who came for them was the same. I highly, highly, highly recommend not only hiring them to clean your vents and clear up the air in your home, but I definitely encourage homeowners to keep them for years to come because we all know how quickly those vents build up! Thanks, Austin, and Capital! God Bless!”
