“My husband asked me to find a duct cleaner in the area for our new home. Darla was the first to respond. She was incredibly polite and genuinely excited to send Nathan out for the service call. She got him scheduled quickly and explained the process in a way that I could confidently repeat for my husband and friends. Nathan arrived on time, and explained what he was going to do. He asked where the vents were and got to work. Nathan patiently worked around other contractors coming and going, and even accommodated my son's nap by finding a way to work backwards through the vents. He shared before and after pictures upon job completion - the duct work looks like a new install now! This job was definitely money well spent. I absolutely would recommend this service for anyone having allergies or other issues in their home.”

“Steve was my technician today. I honestly feel more stars is needed. Not only was he pleasant, but also very respectful of my home. Steve also made sure to inform me of the work that was being performed in order to do the job effectively and efficiently. He fixed my DIY project that went wrong! Thank you Steve!I will be choosing Cardinal for all my plumbing and heating needs in the future. They have a forever customer!”
