“We got a repair/ replacement scheduled, and the owner came out personally (really quick too) to drop off some portable heaters so we dont freeze in the meantime. They are extremely easy to work with, and offered multiple solutions to our issues. The customer service side was phenomenal as well. From the initial phone call to the technician they were very nice as well as patient. Any questions or concerns I had (which was alot) they addressed.I generally dont leave reviews, but the service was absolutely stellar. If I could leave more than 5 stars I would”

“the simple fact that they never have tried to get into anyones pocket by say you need a new machine the have enough experience to make the necessary repairs at a fair price. My primary contractors for my home all know where my hide-a-key is, I trust Prestige Mechanical at home and at work.”

“Went out of his way to make sure all of our questions were addressed and that we were fully satisfied with the repair.”

“Additionally, he went above and beyond to look at our air ducts while he was there. He was very professional and courteous, and we will be using Jose in the future.”
