“He repaired our dryer venting problem, made sure the vents were working properly, cleaned up the service area, and his service price was quite reasonable. AND, he asked if he could check in a little later to make sure that we don’t have any additional issues. We were very pleased!”

“Lawrence, the plumbing tech fixed our water line leak and stopped up drain. He was also an even keeled pleasant personality. It was late when he finished (around 6:30pm I believe) and he still had to go finish another job. This made me think some negative things about the company itself and stressing out its staff. We did have to cleanup after he finished and we weren’t asked to remove items from the cabinet he was cleaning out the drain in which added to the cleanup. I will say he traveled a long way, fixed our plumbing issues, was courteous, and still wasn’t finished working for the day so I’m not mad at the cleanup we did. I would imagine he was weary and may have overlooked it.”

“Technician had to crawl under my house to make repairs to my heating system and replace my thermostat. I'm warn now and very happy”

“He did not try to take advantage of me or push me into any unnecessary repairs. If you’re looking for someone who takes pride in his work and generally cares about doing the job right and treating people fairly look no further this is your guy.”
