Mark Thompson says, “I was in need of immediate service to clean up a fairly large quantity of household trash left over from moving out of my house. It was quite a bit.I tried to get service from two other local companies and could not get them to answer a phone or respond to a request via their website. Then I reached out to several companies using Yelp. I heard back from Paul from Trident Prohaulers fairly quickly. He asked if I still needed the material picked up, I responded yes. He said he could pick it up later that evening since he was in Fernandina at the moment. He sent me an invoice to which I paid right away with my credit card. You might think that a foolish mistake but you can dispute a credit card bill if needed. To be clear, I was not asked to pay in advance. All I asked for was a photo of the mess gone.Paul sent me a photo of the mess now gone about 3 hours later. He had a flat rate charge and while my wife thought it was too much, in reality it was one of the lowest prices in the area. I was happy to pay it. The sell of my house depends on being presentable immediately upon arrival. First impressions matter. My house was under contract a few hours later and the trash being gone would have played a negative part if it were still there. My personal experience with Trident Prohaulers and Paul was nothing short of great. My real estate agent was pleased too.In the photo, there is more "stuff" that you cannot see. I would definitely use them again if I had to get rid of a large amount of garbage/junk.”
