“They capped off four existing standard light boxes that weren't providing adequate lighting and installed 14 new wafer lights throughout the ceiling. Andrew was extremely patient and helpful on installation day while we worked out the best placement and spacing for the new lights. The finished result looks amazing and completely transformed the space. The lighting downstairs is a whole different experience now! They showed up when they said they would and worked efficiently throughout the project. The job was originally expected to take three days, but they were able to complete everything in two. I was also especially impressed with how they handled an issue that came up afterward when some of the new lights were damaged accidentally by another contractor. Andrew first tried to help me troubleshoot the issue over the phone so I could keep the project moving and hopefully avoid an unexpected additional visit. When that didn't work, DN Electric managed to rearrange their schedule and get someone back out the same day, which was a huge help in keeping the larger project on track. Andrew was wonderful from start to finish, and I couldn't be happier with the final result.
