“Alonso and Tres arrived on schedule the same day after contacting Alonso in the morning. They were able to troubleshoot my problem efficiently. and made the repair immediately. Suffice it to say that this problem was a bit nonstandard, although not uncommon in mountain homes built quite a while ago. Alonso made sure that I was satisfied. and answered all questions before leaving. These guys are troubleshooting experts. and I’m glad that I hired them.”
