“I had a new ceiling fan and dining room light fixture installed, and a clogged bathroom sink repaired. Everything was done in a very efficient, professional and friendly manner, and I will be requesting him again to install a new kitchen sink for me. Highly recommend.”

“Bryan has done quite a few jobs for me as I work to finish my Hurricane Helene home repairs so I can move back in. He will likely do quite a few more. The quality of his work is top notch. This is the most important thing to me. I am very picky about things being done "right", and Bryan always does them right. I spent several seasons in my youth volunteering at non-profits on construction and remodeling jobs, and learned enough to do a lot of it myself. But I am old now and don't have the stamina and speed of my youth. I'm very impressed with Bryan's professionalism and quality of work. He also has excellent communication skills and is very careful to understand what I want done. I highly recommend him. The value of the skills he brings is well worth it to your peace of mind.”

“He did a fantastic job of hanging fans and lights and floating shelves. He is quick and efficient and very professional. I will definitely call him for our future needs! Highly recommend!!”

“Repaired the kitchen sink cabinet rotten floor.. did a great job! Will hire again on next project.”

“He did a great job installing my ceiling fan and made sure everything was clean after the work was completed. I really appreciate his attention to detail and would definitely recommend his services!”

“Hired CT Renovations to hang some curtains, mount a mirror and install fans. They were very professional, quick response time and did such an amazing job! I would recommend them to anyone in the Tampa area and will definitely hire them for service in the future.”
