“We have had our Jayco Coach since it was new in 2021. The soundbar and woofer worked 2 times. Once when we bought the coach and once after we had the sound system repaired at the dealer. We love Christmas music and decided to have an expert in Audio/Video see if they could fix it.We called Gem State Audio Visual and texted Corey texted us within minutes. He texted back within the hour, saying he could arrive the next day between 1:00 & 3:00. Corey texted us a confirmation text and the next morning he messaged that he would arrive in about 30 minutes. He showed up in 25 minutes, introduced himself politely, came in and promptly diagnosed the issue. The optical jack port on the TV was damaged beyond repair. His solution was to replace the bar or the TV. We chose to have kk him replace the sound bar. It was of such great quality sound we ordered a compatible which he could pick up and install the next day.The next day came he arrived at the promised time. He quickly installed woofer cleaned up gave us our totally fair invoice. His device took a debit card and we were done in no time.Might I add that he helped me through the proper installation of our new wireless router. Great signal, excellent guidance. We final tested the sound system after Corey left. Which movies or music drives a system K we ing & Country - Little Drummer Boy, Top Gun original movie, Fleetwood Macs Go Your Own Way and Rihannas We Found Love were all base driven songs. WOW!!!!Old Fart Approval - EXCELLENCE!!! A fine young man with a great family. They are the kind of couple you want raising children for our future!!”

“He was able to get out to the house in a respectable timeline and fully assessed the problem and ultimately fixing the issue during the same visit. Will definitely use Pegasus for future electrical needs”

“I should know better as I usually contact a company if I’m unhappy with their service before I write a review to fairly let them reply and or fix the problem. So this is the review update. The company was timely and looked into the charge I felt was overcharged and refunded over 1/2 to me when the owner agreed the charge was more than it should have been. They then repaired the one thing that wasn’t working quite right in less than 3 minutes. So I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs electrical work and I will be using them in the future for future electrical needs. It’s rare in this day and age when a company actually cares and does the right thing. I’m so impressed by how Chad the owner handled this and turned me into a forever client!! Thank you so much Chad!”

“I have asked Ryan to do electrical work at our house several. Every single time Ryan has corrected deficiencies that the builder overlooked….. Ryan has always offered options regarding how we would like to proceed. He’s so professional and knowledgeable… I’ll continue to use Ryan for our needs!”
