“I had a laundry list of mainly minor home repairs that were needed to be done for quite some time. This was due the difficulty in finding someone willing to take on the work. Luckily, I finally found Jacob who was excellent. He tackled all the items on the list and completed them in short order. I suspect his expertise is much greater than my repairs warranted, but he approached all of them with a great attitude. I unreservedly recommend hiring Jacob for most any job big - big or small.”

“Employees and Owner are very friendly. They had a group working for them that encapsulated my crawl space and put in drains and two sump pumps and a dehumidifier. The dehumidifier had a crimp in the hose discovered just months after installation. The crew that installed it were no longer there but the owner came out himself immediately and lifted the dehumidifier higher and thought it was fixed. A year later water was discovered under the dehumidifier again. I called and someone came out almost immediately and lifted the dehumidifier again and I hope that it is draining properly now.”

“Did great work on my house, everything worked properly and great customer service!”

“I first missed ask her about 10 years ago. He’s been a valued contractor and someone that I now consider a friend. He has helped me with small jobs like adding an electric outlet to a bedroom and larger jobs like creating the electrical infrastructure necessary to run my hot tub. He’s been reasonable and communicative and respectful every time.”
