“He listened to what I was looking for and clearly communicated the unforeseen things that can come up in repairs. He took the entire time necessary and went over and above to make sure my project was completely correctly and done right. Steve is the difference and the next project is already scheduled.”

“Anthony did a great job replacing my bathroom exhaust fan and adding a second switch. He was very professional and courteous. He made sure to clean up after he was done and even vacuumed the stuff that fell from the attic. He also fixed a potentially dangerous wiring situation that he found while working. I would highly recommend his services. I myself will be contacting him again for future work.”

“I had a burning wood smell in my kitchen when using outlets. I really appreciated that he made extra effort to get out to inspect the issue due to safety concerns. I found his pricing to be reasonable. He was friendly, knowledgeable and yes, he fixed the issue and made sure to add needed GFI outlets. I will use K&K Electrical any time I need an electrician!”

“The absolute best … highly recommend Victor for your electrical repairs!”

“Lake James Electric installed our generac several years ago. They monitor its performance and come yearly to service it. I always get a reminder about the service, it is scheduled to fit our calendar and I get a message that shows me the technician and tells me the time of arrival. The technicians have always friendly and knowledgeable. I have nothing but the highes praise for everyone I have worked with at Lake James Electric and highly recommend them if you need a generator installed or serviced.”
