“Matt consistently delivers high-quality results, whether it's routine maintenance, repairs, unit improvements, or special projects. He takes pride in his work, pays close attention to detail, and always ensures that the job is completed correctly and efficiently. What I appreciate most is his dependability and communication. Property management often comes with unexpected challenges, and Matt is always responsive, punctual, and ready to help. He provides practical solutions, keeps me informed throughout each project, and consistently exceeds expectations. His dedication, skill, and strong work ethic have made a significant impact on the upkeep and success of the property. It's rare to find someone as trustworthy and committed as Matt. I highly recommend Matt to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, dependable, and talented handyman. He has earned my trust, and I look forward to continuing to work with him on future projects. Ati”

“Mr Sanchez addressed all the electrical issues with professionalism. He went above and beyond”

“Outstanding service and skill. I've received numerous compliments on the kitchen tile installation.- from people who know quality work. The app only allowed 3 reasons out of the 5. But I would check all 5 if I could. We are 1/2 through a complete remodel and this company / Efron will always receive the first call for future projects. In addition to quality/ on time work they have good manners and are honest.”

“He also installed electrical outlets behind every tv in my house, making it possible for me to hide all wires. Not only have I not had any problems with his work, everything looks beautiful. Definitely would hire again, and have recommended him to friends and family.”
