“I had a serious issue with a water leak coming from my electrical box, and it turned out there were multiple problems. Incorrect connections and deteriorating pipes allowing water to seep through. Although it was late in the day when I reached out, Juan arrived early the next morning, quickly assessed the situation, and provided a clear plan along with a detailed estimate to get everything repaired as soon as possible. Juan and his team exceeded my expectations with their professionalism, efficiency, and quality of work. I now have true peace of mind knowing the issue was handled properly. Cruz Home Services has earned my trust and will be my go to company moving forward.”

“He installed a new light fixture and recommended an efficient approach that avoided the need to cut into the walls, which saved both time and unnecessary damage. While completing the work, he also identified a code violation that needed to be addressed and clearly explained the recommended correction. I was especially impressed that he came prepared with the tools and materials needed to handle the additional work on the spot. His pricing was reasonable, he was knowledgeable and professional, and he took the time to make sure the job was done properly and safely. I would definitely recommend this contractor and would use his services again for future electrical work!”

“I needed a new electrical line installed with a higher amperage for a newly installed water heater that kept tripping the circuit, and I needed the job completed immediately. Austin responded through Thumbtack and asked thoughtful, detailed questions beforehand to make sure he arrived fully prepared. He traveled over an hour to my home, arrived with everything needed, and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Although I paid an after-hours fee (it was 9:00 p.m.) and a travel fee, the total cost was still very reasonable for the quality of service I received and compared to what other companies quoted. As a woman hiring a contractor on my own, I especially appreciated that Austin treated me with respect. He took the time to explain what needed to be done, answered my questions without being condescending, and never made me feel pressured. Austin was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous from start to finish. He solved the problem and made the entire process stress-free. I would absolutely use this company again and highly recommend both Austin and the company to anyone looking for a reliable electrician.”

“Referred to BDS and the experience was great! Hired to uograde for AC and rewire my home. Malik was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He also gave options for different budgets but went above in making sure things were aesthetically pleasing. Thanks BDS!!”
